We raise Bourbon Red and Standard Bronze Turkeys. Heritage breed turkeys are renowned for their delicious, rich flavor as well as tender, moist meat. Our heritage breed turkeys are raised in free-range flight pens that give them the best of all possible worlds. They are protected from predators but have the freedom to explore, eat grasses and bugs, fly, and roost as they would in the wild. They have access to plants to supplement their grain and corn diet.
